ThurSept28 As Freddie Mercury Once Sang...

We're in Spain eth eth eth eth - lovely Microsoft took us over to play games for two days at X06.

JP and a sexy Spanish babe. He didn't.

JP and a cock. His name's Jonathan.

Gears of War is out soon on Xbox 360. It's one of the best games I've ever played. More on this to come...

Back in Ireland today, back on the radio Sunday night from 10!

FriSept22 Get Online...

Well, you already are. Hey, while you're here, why not check out the podblast, which is downloadable from iTunes - you can find the full how-to here.

In the latest episode, JP and I talk about... well, fuck all. It's 15 minutes of us trying to think of something to say.

And once you're done doing that, see - the site I was telling you about in my last post. It's a life-sucking addiction. It's great.

Thanks a million for the birthday wishes yesterday. I got: a t-shirt; a jumper; a watch; a putter set; a steamer; a magazine; a bottle of whiskey; a tin of PAL dog food; a clay pigeon-shooting voucher and three cards. My tightarse brother still has to give me a present.

Finally, all the best to Today FM's earliest bird, who's marrying her bloke today. Happy Wedding, AM Kelly!

Have a good weekend.

WedSept20 What Is He Wearing?

Here I am: making the effort as promised.

Jumping on bandwagon number one, if you haven't seen it yet, check out Johnny Logan and Kaye Styles, with the cover version of Logan's Eurovision classic, "Hold Me Now". I want a white leather tracksuit.

And the second bandwagon is Second Life. I'm sure you've heard the hype about this over the past few days - it's all I've heard since I woke up this morning. Adelle from The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show team emailed me and hooked me up, and it's quite bloody addictive!

Forget your Bebo and MySpace: Second Life is the future. In fact, it's pobably too much like the future. You need a good, solid broadband connection for it though. I still don't really get it yet, but I'm working on it.

Sat02Sept Crazy...

From Bebo, CrazylilBridie writes:

Brid O Dwyer Update ur blog at sick of lookin at ur eye............

Job done!

Once I'm back on the Blast properly, I'll give this site a kick in the arse, and maybe even a makeover! Excited? No, didn't think so.

I'm sick by the way. Can't sleep: I'm all sweaty and have a killer headache. That's why I'm on here at five in the morning. Care? No, didn't think so.

I've been reading this. It's good.

I've been watching this (brilliant - it's on Bravo or you can download it).

I've been playing this, this, and this.

I've been replying to this.

And I've been eating loads of this. Except not Heinz. You can get it in tesco and put it in the microwave. I feel so sick.
